Clean Up Harrow
Fly-tipping and filthy streets are blighting our borough.
Fly-tipping in Harrow is out of control — with a record 12,500 incidents in 2023/24, our borough is now among the 20 worst in England.
Since taking control in May 2022, the Conservative-run Harrow Council says it has issued over 3,000 fines and set aside £900,000 over the next three years for street cleaning.
But despite these promises, residents across the borough keep telling us the same thing: our streets are still dirty, and the weeds keep growing.
It’s time for action — we’re calling on Harrow Council to:
- Tackle fly-tipping and littering with a proper clean-up plan
- Increase regular street and pavement cleaning
- Work with local residents and community groups to keep Harrow clean
Sign our petition below to demand the Council to tackle fly-tipping and improve street cleanliness across Harrow.
